Warehouse In Charge - Arabic Speaker
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations. These operations include shipping, inventory and delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.
Responsibilities
Track and manage inventory
Inspect warehouse and keep the warehouse clean and safe
Manage warehouse staff
Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes
Comply with all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Monitor, update and maintain the Inventory System to ensure that accurate information is being stored
Update and maintain all related database on regular basis and ensure accuracy of information
Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control for easy retrieval
Comply with all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Ensure Safety, Quality and Environmental Policy as per Policy; ensure 100% awareness and implementation of QA/HSE process
Perform related duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
4-5 years of warehouse experience
Excellent communication skill in Arabic (must) and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
